All eligible C.A.R. Members may join the Kaiser Permanente medical plans during the Bi-Annual Open Enrollment Periods: October - November for a January 1 start date or April - May for a June 1 start date.
If you have a "Qualifying Event" you can enroll within 30 days of that event.
