The rates quoted here change every June 1, the beginning of our plan year. If you are a new C.A.R. member, you are eligible to enroll between your 60th and 120th day of membership. If you have been a member longer than 120 days, you may enroll outside of open enrollment if you experience certain qualifying events. The C.A.R. Health Plan has a June 1st contract date, but any deductibles listed are calendar year deductibles. Rates for all C.A.R. Insurance Plans will change effective June 1st 2009. Rates are based on the age of the subscriber and may change during the year if the subscriber experiences a birthday that moves him/her into the next age bracket. Please review the rate sheets for more information.
