• All eligible existing C.A.R. Members and eligible employees may join the MetLife dental plan during the Annual Open Enrollment Period: October - November for a January 1 start date.
• All eligible members and employees who have been members or employees for at least 60 days may enroll within 30 days of experiencing a "Qualifying Event".

  Life insurance is guaranteed only for new members or eligible employees who elect coverage between their 60^th and 120^th day of C.A.R. membership or employment; and who have not been hospitalized within the past 90 days.  All others must complete a separate life insurance application and coverage is not guaranteed.
